These terms govern your purchase and personal use of Out of Your Head, Into Business.
What you are purchasing
A one-time purchase provides personal access to the digital workbook and the included field-kit materials described on the sales page. The product is self-guided. It does not include coaching, consulting, personal feedback, or ongoing support unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Personal-use license
Your purchase is for your own individual use. You may download and print a reasonable number of copies for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, reproduce for a group, or claim the material as your own without written permission.
Educational purpose
The product is educational. It is not medical or mental-health treatment and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other financial advice. You remain responsible for your business decisions and for seeking qualified professional guidance where appropriate.
No promised business outcome
The workbook is designed to support action, customer learning, and clearer decisions. It does not guarantee revenue, a sale, business formation, customer demand, or any other commercial result.
Acceptable use
Do not use the materials to mislead customers, misrepresent evidence, infringe another person’s rights, violate applicable law, or make claims you cannot substantiate.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. The price and currency shown at checkout control the transaction. Refund requests are governed by the separate refund policy.
Availability and changes
Reasonable efforts will be made to keep purchased files available and correct material errors. Formatting, examples, or supporting resources may be updated without changing the core nature of the purchased product.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the product is provided without a promise that it will be suitable for every idea or situation. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
